Nádherný tipsový čaj. Tento velmi jemný čaj se zpravidla sbírá brzy na jaře, jakmile se objeví první jarní lístky čajovníku. Čaj je zpracován ještě týž den kdy byl sklizen. Celý proces (sběr, sušení a svinování) musí být ukončen do noci. Vůně suchého čaje je nepopsatelná, téměř medová, lístky jsou zakrouceny do miniaturních, bohatě ochmýřených spirálek, nálev má barvu jemně smaragdovou s chutí těžší, plnou, přesto velmi svěží.
